What you need to know:
- Remember to activate your new Unity Debit card today by making an EFTPOS transaction with your card inserted and PIN entered. Alternatively enter your PIN at an ATM to view your balance.
- If your PIN isn’t working, simply change your PIN in our new Mobile Banking app, logging into Internet Banking, or calling us on 0800 229 943. Your new card now conveniently has your Access Number printed on the back.
- Reminder: Your old EFTPOS and Debit card (black on both sides) is no longer working.

- Enter your existing internet banking access number and password.
- Either set a new 4-digit PIN for future access or continue to use your existing Internet Banking access number and password.

The Mobile Banking app uses high-quality industry security encryption to help keep your personal details safe. For added security, the app locks the user out after too many failed log-in attempts. The app will time-out if left running for three minutes with no activity.
If you forget your PIN you can log in again using your Internet Banking login details or contact us on 0800 229 943.

Save money (and the planet) by accessing statements in Internet Banking!
From 1 September, you’ll be able to access your statements conveniently through our upgraded Internet Banking platform, making it easier than ever to stay on top of your finances. And, from 1 October, you’ll be able to access your Term Deposit statements and certificates in Internet Banking, too.
From 1 September, we will no longersend statements by post. If you’re not already registered for Internet Banking, please contact us on 0800 229 943 or visit your local branch.
